Job Title: Administrative/Executive Assistant
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960
Shift: Mon-Fri (8:00 am to 1:00 pm)
Duration: 3 months with a strong possibility of further extension
Pay: $21-23/hr.
Job Duties:
· Provide administrative support to department leadership in a fast-paced environment
· Manage calendars, phones, and coordinate meetings/events
· Maintain records, track correspondence, and organize documentation
· Order supplies and track inventory as needed
· Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, agendas, and meeting minutes
· Schedule rooms and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
· Support Total Rewards/HR team with day-to-day administrative functions
· Communicate professionally and respond to requests in a timely manner
Required Skills:
· Prior administrative experience (1–3 years preferred)
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
· Experience managing Outlook calendars and Microsoft Teams
· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
· Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Education:
· High School Diploma or GED – Required
· College Degree – Preferred
