We’re currently seeking a Systems and Networking Technician who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to work with the latest technologies including Microsoft 365 , macOS , Azure , MDM solutions , SonicWall , and Meraki platforms.

What You’ll Do

Systems Administration & End-User Support

• Deploy, configure, and support Windows and macOS systems, servers, and peripheral hardware.

• Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Office productivity tools.

• Deliver responsive, customer-focused remote and onsite support for end-user and infrastructure issues.

Cloud & Virtualization

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments , including virtual machines, backup, and identity management.

• Support Hyper-V virtualization platforms and participate in cloud migrations and tenant optimization projects.

Networking & Security

• Configure and manage secure LAN/WAN networks , including SonicWall firewalls , Cisco Meraki switches , and access points.

• Implement VPNs , VLANs , and routing protocols to support secure, high-performance infrastructure.

• Administer email security solutions , spam filtering, encryption tools, and threat protection technologies.

Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• Deploy and enforce policies using MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.

• Manage mobile endpoints to ensure compliance and data security across devices.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system changes, and support resolutions.

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in systems administration, desktop support, or network engineering

• Strong command of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 , and Microsoft Server environments

• Experience supporting Azure cloud infrastructure and Hyper-V virtual environments

• Deep understanding of networking technologies, including SonicWall , Meraki , TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs

• Proven experience with email security tools , endpoint protection, and MDM solutions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and prioritize competing tasks

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+

• Microsoft Certified Administrator

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent vendor certifications

• Prior experience with an MSP (Managed Services Provider)is highly desirable
