The mammoth 12,000Sq.ft. / 300 seat Modern American Restaurant is embellished in the heart of the prestigious Plaza 10 office tower. While featuring multiple indoor and outdoor dining options, the entire establishment boasts unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline across the historic Hudson River.

Job Overview:

The Bartender plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by maintaining the service and hospitality flow the bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for bussing and resetting the bar, providing water service, and keeping the bar and service areas clean and organized. You will also help receive goods, assist with inventory management and preparation of materials. Most importantly you will be expected to service guests from behind the bar and at tables coded to your section. This will all happen in conjunction to the safe and efficient production of beverages for both your guests and service areas. Your attention to detail and efficiency are essential in supporting the service team and creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 2 years of experience behind the bar in a busy, cocktail-focused environment
• Works clean, fast, and with attention to detail
• Brings positive energy and a team-first attitude to every shift
• Is confident in both classic cocktail knowledge and executing recipes to spec
• Communicates clearly and handles high-pressure service with composure

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
• Provide food service to guests in the bar purview
• Deliver warm, attentive, and elevated hospitality to every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Participate in bar prep and support bar-back team when needed
