What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As the Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel comfortable and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
