Job Title: Design Consultant
Location: Ship Bottom, New Jersey


Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000 annually
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday. An occasional Sunday may be required. Sundays will not be a full 8 hour work day.





Design Consultant Job Duties:

• Attend client meetings and record notes, decisions, and action items in an accurate, organized manner
• Prepare and distribute documentation, proposals, and follow-up communications after client meetings
• Support the Director of Sales and Operations with administrative tasks and project coordination
• Maintain and update project records, spreadsheets, and client files
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and schedules for clients and internal teams
• Serve as a professional, personable point of contact for clients throughout the process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met
• Work occasional Sundays as needed to support client schedules

Design Consultant Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, polished presence when working with high-end clientele
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in design, architecture, or related fields is a plus but not required
