Data Entry Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to gain professional experience while working from home. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently.
Requirements:Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies
Verify data against source documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Generate basic reports as needed
Communicate with team members regarding data updates or issues
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to type at least 35 WPM preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
