Medical Receptionist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Edison, NJ (In-Person) Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends, No Nights) Compensation: $20 - $21/hour + Performance Bonuses

The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and face of our office. While we are ideally looking for a Full-Time team member (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), we are also open to hiring a dedicated Part-Time individual (minimum 3 days/week) with a flexible schedule.

Because our electronic records system is unique, we do not expect you to have prior experience with our specific software. We are looking for someone tech-savvy who is eager to learn and ready to grow with us.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients with genuine warmth and kindness.
• Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow.
• Answering phones promptly with a professional, caring tone.
• Handling patient check-in/check-out and processing paperwork.
• Learning and utilizing our practice management software (training provided).
• Creating a welcoming environment for everyone who enters our practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a medical office setting.
• Plus: Korean language skills are a "nice to have" to assist specific patients, but are not required .
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and able to learn new software quickly.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure and kindness in a busy environment.

Schedule Details:

• Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Part-Time: Flexible scheduling available (Minimum 3 days per week).
