Position Description: Middle School English Language Arts Lead Teacher2025-2026 School YearAbout UsFounded in 2023, Paterson Prep Charter School is a free public charter school currently serving over 375 students in grades K-2 and 5-6. As a growing school, we plan to expand by adding one grade each year to both our elementary and middle school programs until we reach full enrollment for grades K-8. Next year, we will serve grades K-3 and 5-7.As we enter our third year, we have made the strategic decision to transition from an independent charter school to becoming part of one of New Jerseys most respected charter networks, KIPP. In this role, you will provide high-quality whole-group and small-group instruction, tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, and support a joyful, structured learning environment. You will also mentor and collaborate with fellow educators, ensuring strong instructional practices and student success. Pay may vary, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, we provide access to the NJ pension system and a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. $69,000.00 - $79,000.00 Annually
