Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling internal and external meetings daily, working with other Zelis associates for complex meeting needs
Confirm objectives for the meeting invites, participants, materials for all calendar needs
Work under guidance of Executive Assistant and with other administrative professionals to ensure appropriate and timely communication to meeting participants
Follow up with copies of communication materials as appropriate.
Provide direct daily support to primary Executives and other senior Sales Leaders as needed
Provide support for projects and workflow coverage as directed by Executive Assistant
Responsible for travel and meeting arrangements, adhering to Zelis polices.
Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
Process weekly expense reports
Compose memos, letters, and other correspondence
Meet & greet visitors and prepare meeting sites accordingly
Maintains calendars, contact lists, files and contracts
Work discretely with confidential information
