What You’ll Do
As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience — one that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging customers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Driving sales by identifying customer needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling complementary styles.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Supporting back-of-house operations such as inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Representing Spring Footwear’s family of brands with pride and enthusiasm.
• Contributing to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere built on respect, communication, and collaboration.

• A friendly, professional communicator who loves helping people feel confident and comfortable.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
• Team players with a flexible, can-do attitude.
