Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential industrial clients in the warehouse and manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Present and promote staffing solutions tailored to meet client needs. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: ~0-2 years of sales experience (entry-level candidates welcome). ~ Candidates with more sales experience (3-7 years) are encouraged to apply. ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ~ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. ~ Staffing industry sales experience a plus but not required. ~ Familiarity with the industrial sector (warehousing/manufacturing) is a plus.
