Installation & Service Manager
INSTALLATION & SERVICE MANAGER (OPERATIONS LEADER)
The Opportunity
We are scaling-quickly and we're looking for a High-Level Operator to take full ownership of our installation and service division.
Job flow execution-from post-sale to completion
Scheduling, materials coordination, and job readiness
Quality control systems and install standards
Customer experience and issue resolution
Hiring, training, and upgrading the install team.

You blame others instead of fixing problems This role is high ownership, urgency, and execution under pressure. KPI-Based Compensation Structure This is a performance-based role. Your compensation is directly tied to the results you produce. Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Performance Bonuses: $20,000 - $40,000 Bonus structure tied to key metrics, including: Job completion timelines
Install quality / callback rate
Crew productivity
Customer satisfaction
Gross Profit Protection (reduce costly mistakes) High performers will be well above six figures. What Success Looks Like Jobs completed on time, clean, and at a high standard
