JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers after a sale to review and discuss the various benefits and options available
- Review and sell Foley CSA options available post-sale as well as warranty upgrades, if applicable.
- Instruct the customer in the usage & benefits of their complimentary oil sample kit.
- Quote / Sell Extended EPP Coverage to add additional warranty to asset.
- Monitor Customer owned equipment via Visionlink for Fault Codes and Hours reaching PM.
- Contact customer when fault codes are active to notify customer of concern and offer field / shop service, contact customer about approaching PM for filter needs or service customer would like performed by the dealer.
- This role is eligible to earn commission.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
