STORE MANAGER (Bilingual)

Our client is a well-established retail leader known for empowering its store teams and fostering a people-first culture. They’re seeking a bilingual Store Manager (French/English) to help lead their store in northern NB. This role is ideal for a retail leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves developing people, and approaches the business with an entrepreneurial mindset.

As the Store Manager, will oversee all aspects of store operations — from customer experience and team leadership to merchandising, safety, and financial performance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English (verbal and written).

• Comfortable leveraging technology for planning, analysis, and execution (Microsoft Office Suite and related tools).
