Field Operations Specialist – Keeping Roofing & Siding Jobsites and Customers Happy

As a Field Operations Specialist , you’ll play a central role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly, our customers are informed, and our jobsites stay on track. You’ll be out in the field, moving between jobsites, interacting with crews, and delivering great customer experiences.

• Jobsite Visits & Coordination : You’ll move between multiple jobsites, ensuring crews are working efficiently and that the projects stay on schedule.
• Customer Service & Communication : You’ll be the go-to contact for homeowners, providing updates, answering questions, and keeping them informed about their project’s progress.
• Project Oversight & Coordination : Ensure that crews have everything they need, from materials to schedules, and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure Jobsite Cleanliness & Safety : You’ll ensure jobsites are tidy, safe, and organized throughout the project, making sure everything looks great at the end.
• Quality Control & Final Close-Out : Oversee quality checks, perform final inspections, and ensure customers are happy when the project is completed.
• Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with crews, customers, and the office team to keep everything running smoothly and address any logistical challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, project coordination, customer service, or a related role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in digital tools and software for managing projects
• Valid driver’s license
