We are looking for a talented Client Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for prospecting and generating fresh leads and securing new business opportunities to turn into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform daily outbound cold-calling and email campaigns to identify and connect with potential clients.
· Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to identify and understand their hiring needs and market staffing solutions for each customer.
· Build a client network by leveraging social media platforms, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, contact lists and colleagues
· Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings with potential clients to present our staffing solutions, negotiate terms, close new business agreements and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with the internal recruitment team as well as research relevant markets to gather insights into industry-specific talent demands to ensure a quick turnaround to fulfill client requirements.
· Regularly update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and progress towards targets
Skills and Qualifications
· Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
· Ability to open up conversations and interact successfully with company gatekeepers and hiring managers
· Demonstrate a keen understanding of the staffing industry, key competition, market trends and recommend value-added solutions
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the abilities to engage with customer hiring teams at all levels and functions
· Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple sales leads and prioritize competing priorities.
· Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative teamwork
· Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software tools.
· Strong network of contacts in the staffing and recruitment industry and proven IT Staffing Business development
