Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations and Marketing Associate to support day-to-day business functions and help drive brand visibility across multiple channels. This role will assist in streamlining operational workflows, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing inventory and vendor/client communication, and supporting sales initiatives. Additionally, you'll work closely with athletes to help grow and promote our brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and brings a passion for both behind-the-scenes logistics and creative marketing. Experience or a passion for sports and sports marketing is a big plus!

As we continue to grow, were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Marketing Associate to help optimize our internal processes, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the overall efficiency and visibility of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist with the hands-on operations of every Pulse Trading Cards release
• Assist with social media posts, campaigns, and marketing ideas
• Pull player photography for upcoming trading card releases
• Monitor and manage UPS shipments including autographs and player equipment
• Help track autograph inventory , keeping tabs on what we have and what we need for each card release
• Support communication and logistics with athletes, agents, and other partners for promotional partnerships, signings, and collaborations.
• Coordinate timelines, vendor communication, and production logistics to ensure on-time and accurate product delivery.

Qualifications:

• 02 years of relevant work experience in marketing, operations, project coordination, or the sports/collectibles industry.
• Associate or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Passion for sports, trading cards, and the collectibles space; familiarity with athlete culture and major leagues is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting marketing content and communicating with talent or vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube) and current trends.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $36,000-$46,000, plus commission and incentives.
