Position: NetSuite Financials Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Florham Park, New Jersey (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Long-Term Project Preferred)
Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional finance processes and technical customization . The ideal candidate will be capable of independently leading NetSuite implementations while delivering end-to-end solutions across financial and supply chain modules.

• Analyze business requirements and deliver functional and technical NetSuite solutions

• Lead implementation activities including analysis, development, testing, and post-go-live support

• Work across Financial and Supply Chain modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Conduct gap analysis and map business processes to NetSuite capabilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder

• Build integrations with third-party systems and develop custom enhancements

• Perform data migration from legacy systems, including mass imports/exports

• Provide ongoing production support, incident resolution, and service request handling within SLA timelines

• Train end users and provide functional guidance

• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and test cases

• Strong experience with NetSuite Financials and Supply Chain modules

• Hands-on experience with:

  • SuiteScript

  • SuiteFlow

  • SuiteBuilder

• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Experience with data migration and system integrations

• Strong troubleshooting and support experience in a production environment

• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end implementations

• SuiteAnalytics (Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards)

• Advanced PDF/HTML templates

• CSV imports and data management

• Custom object creation and workflow automation
