Position Overview
The Medical Director will oversee medical quality and patient care provided by all veterinarians in the hospital while serving as a key member of the management team. Responsibilities include guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, supporting clinical excellence, and contributing to financial and operational goals. Approximately 30% of time will be devoted to leadership duties, with the remaining 70% focused on clinical practice.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $160,000 – $180,000 (negotiable based on experience and credentials)
Eligible for signing bonus, MD stipend, and MD bonus

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in New Jersey, or the ability to obtain
