Expert Dynamics 365 Engineer

IDR is seeking a Expert Dynamics 365 Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Weehawken, NJ. This role involves supporting large-scale CRM applications within the financial services industry, focusing on customization, integration, and security configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The position offers an engaging environment for experienced professionals passionate about developing innovative CRM systems.

Position Overview for the Expert Dynamics 365 Engineer :

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to fulfill specific business needs
• Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Manage user security, role assignments, and integrations with Azure Active Directory and other Microsoft services
• Design and implement solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high performance of CRM solutions

Requirements for the Expert Dynamics 365 Engineer :

• Hands-on experience in software development, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in user management, role assignment, and security configuration within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications, including creating custom entities, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and integration with other Microsoft services
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL with experience in web services (REST/SOAP)
