Auto Body Technician

Join our team as an Auto Body Metal Technician and take advantage of a $2500 sign-on bonus. We are a company that prides itself on restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail who can work efficiently and safely to meet deadlines. As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in diagnosing damage, repairing and replacing parts, and refinishing vehicles to their original appearance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair damaged body parts, including fenders, doors, and hoods
• Perform welding and metal fabrication as needed
• Straighten bent frames using frame straightening equipment
• Remove dents and dings from surfaces using body repair tools
• Sand and refinish repaired surfaces to match the original finish
• Test fit and align repaired parts
• Perform quality inspections on completed repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Body Metal Technician
• Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license
