Pay & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: $35.75–$45.75/hour (based on experience and licensing)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 , structured based on licensing and certifications
• Overtime available seasonally

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Typical hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling options , including 4/10 schedules
• Low on-call rotation compared to industry standards

What You'll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, and ductwork
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and adjustments independently
• Provide professional, respectful customer service
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
• Train and mentor apprentices
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols

Preferred (Not Required)

• Connecticut D or S License
• NATE Core Certification (or willingness to obtain - we reimburse)
