We’re working with a well-established commercial construction firm that is looking to add a detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to their growing team!

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of AP experience


• Experience in construction or a related industry (progressive billing, AIA, etc.)


• Highly tech-savvy and organized


• Detail-oriented and eager to catch errors


• Solid communication skills and reliability


• Bonus: experience in Foundation, ProCore, Sage 100, Timberline or construction-related accounting

What You’ll Do!

• Handle high-volume invoice processing (~2000/month)


• Match and reconcile invoices, tickets, and approvals


• Work with project managers to resolve discrepancies


• Manually enter and review vendor statements


• Eventually cross-train on payroll functions
