About the Role

As Director / Head of TikTok, you will own ChaiVision's TikTok channel end-to-end — building the strategy, content engine, creator network, and paid program that turn TikTok into a major revenue driver across our brand portfolio. This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who lives and breathes the platform and knows how to convert attention into sales.

You will lead TikTok Shop growth, organic and livestream content, and affiliate/creator partnerships, working cross-functionally with brand, growth, merchandising, and operations teams to scale the channel profitably.

What You'll Do

Channel Strategy & Growth

• Own ChaiVision's end-to-end TikTok strategy across TikTok Shop, organic content, and paid media to drive revenue and brand growth.
• Set and deliver against monthly and quarterly sales, GMV, and ROAS targets for the TikTok channel.
• Identify and prioritize the highest-impact products and brands to scale on TikTok, partnering closely with the merchandising and brand teams.

Content & Creative

• Lead the content engine — short-form video, livestream selling, and trend-driven creative — to convert audiences into buyers.
• Build and manage a calendar of organic posts, live shopping events, and product launches.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, translating them into a competitive content advantage.

Creator & Affiliate Partnerships

• Build and scale ChaiVision's TikTok creator and affiliate program, recruiting and managing relationships with creators.
• Negotiate partnerships, seeding, and commission structures that maximize reach and conversion.
• Track creator performance and optimize the roster against revenue contribution.

Paid Media & Performance

• Plan and oversee TikTok paid campaigns in partnership with the growth team, managing budget allocation and performance.
• Use TikTok Shop and ads analytics to monitor performance, attribution, and unit economics.
• Continuously test creative, audiences, and offers to improve return on ad spend.

Operations & Reporting

• Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service to ensure TikTok demand is supported operationally.
• Report channel performance, learnings, and forecasts to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and platform requirements.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience growing brands or driving sales on TikTok / TikTok Shop, social commerce, or DTC eCommerce.
• You have a proven track record of hitting revenue, GMV, or ROAS targets on social channels.
• You deeply understand short-form video, livestream selling, and the TikTok creator/affiliate ecosystem.
• You are highly data-driven and comfortable owning channel P&L, analytics, and performance reporting.
• You are a strong operator and communicator who can lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• You stay ahead of platform trends and can turn them into commercial results quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in social commerce, eCommerce growth, or digital/performance marketing, with direct TikTok experience.
• Demonstrated experience scaling TikTok Shop or a comparable social commerce channel.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with channel and ads analytics.
