• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home and in community settings, following individualized BCBA-designed plans

• Track and record behavioral data with precision after each session

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure quality care and consistent progress.

• Participate in ongoing training and skill-building sessions to grow professionally

• A high school graduate or equivalent

• Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children

• Patient, dependable, and eager to learn

• Committed to a minimum six-month engagement

• Open to completing 40-hour RBT training (unpaid)
