Commercial HVAC Commissioning & Installation Specialist
Your Day, Done Right
You roll onto a commercial jobsite with drawings in hand and a clear plan. By mid-morning, you’re setting a rooftop unit, aligning connections, and preparing controls. After lunch, you’re bringing a VRF system to life—verifying charge, tuning setpoints, and documenting start-up data. Before you leave, you walk a split-system install, confirm it meets code, and brief the project manager on progress and next steps. That’s a solid day for a Commercial HVAC professional who owns both installation and start-up.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer who is equally confident putting equipment in place and commissioning it for peak performance. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person—consistent, high-quality work and reliability open doors to ongoing projects across our portfolio.
What You’ll Handle
- Install commercial HVAC equipment: rooftop units, split systems, and VRF systems
- Perform full start-up and commissioning of new equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Replace key components such as compressors and control boards
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing systems
- Deliver work that meets applicable safety codes and standards
- Communicate clearly with project managers and teammates
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in commercial environments
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Confidence working independently and managing start-up procedures
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools you trust and prefer
