Paint Sales Pros: Sell, Manage, and Grow with Us ($4K Base + Commission + Leadership Track)
Location: Central Jersey | Compensation: $4,000/month + 6–8% commission on profit
Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Saturdays as necessary

If you have 5+ years of proven painting sales experience at companies like CertaPro, Five Star Painting, or similar , this is your opportunity to step into a dual role with real upside.

What You’ll Do:

This is more than a sales job, it’s about full project ownership and growth leadership.

• Run daily sales appointments (in-home and virtual)

• Accurately estimate and deliver quotes within 24 hours

• Follow up with 7 touches in 7 days for every open estimate

• Upsell services and guide clients on colors, sheens, and materials

• Manage every job you sell — from deposit collection to final walkthrough

• Oversee subcontractor crews and ensure high-quality delivery

• Ensure 5-star satisfaction and gather reviews

• Self-generate leads through cold outreach to:

  • Realtors and real estate offices

  • Contractors and restoration companies

  • Roofing companies

  • Interior designers and other referral partners

• Attend trade shows and local networking events to represent That 1 Painter

• Track and report activity using our simple but powerful tech stack

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting sales experience

• Background with CertaPro, Five Star Painting, or equivalent REQUIRED

• Documented history of exceeding sales quotas (we will verify)

• Confidence managing job flow and subcontractors

• Self-motivated and proactive about outreach and lead generation

• Clean driving record and excellent communication skills
