🗂 Indexer

What You’ll Do:

• Verify jobs for accuracy and maintain 99% quality standards
• Complete manual insertion and data entry tasks
• Audit work, track client requirements, and resolve issues
• Support document prep, reprocessing, and team training
• Maintain an organized workspace and help meet production goals

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 3 months related experience (or equivalent)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy with basic computer skills
• Able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

📑 Prepper

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, prep, and mend documents for scanning
• Operate high-speed scanners and reprocess documents as needed
• Keep documents in order and ensure scanning quality
• Maintain scanners and report process or equipment issues
• Work independently while supporting team efficiency goals

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 6 months of related experience (or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and commitment to confidentiality
