Quality Control Inspector

Department: Quality Control Inspector
Hours: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
Hourly: 1st shift $21/hr & 2nd and 3rd shift $23/hr
Location: Wharton, NJ

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about product quality? Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector and help ensure every component and finished product meets company and customer standards.

Functions:

• Perform routine quality audits and inspections of finished materials

• Complete line clearance procedures to ensure packaging integrity

• Prepare and maintain accurate quality control documentation

• Select product samples based on customer sampling plans

• Verify correct labeling and identity stamping

• Support Production teams in understanding quality expectations

• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment

• Identify materials as Accepted or Held based on requirements

• Place non-conforming products on hold for leadership review

• Maintain a clean, organized QA work environment

• Report safety concerns immediately

• Follow SOPs and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Equipment You’ll Use:

• Micrometers

• Vernier Calipers

• Weight Scales

• Chatillon

• Calculators

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Control experience (or equivalent)

• Ability to read, write, and speak English ( Spanish is a plus!)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Comfortable with written procedures and detailed work

• Occasional overtime may be required
