About the Role

This is a full-cycle Account Executive role for someone who loves owning the number, closing complex deals, expanding accounts, and partnering cross-functionally with product, CS, and RevOps. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers, growing strategic use cases, and helping define the future of enterprise gifting and incentives.

We’re looking for a builder—not just another seller. You’ll join a small, high-velocity team where your ideas matter, your impact is felt immediately, and your work directly shapes Giftogram’s revenue trajectory.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Selling

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closed won.

  • Manage a balanced book of net-new acquisition and expansion opportunities.

  • Run discovery to uncover employee gifting, customer incentives, and enterprise procurement use cases.

Pipeline & Territory Ownership

  • Build and manage a pipeline across target verticals such as insurance, utilities, telecom, retail, and consumer services.

  • Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns and outbound plays to break into strategic accounts.

  • Leverage our CRM, Gong, and RevOps insights to forecast accurately and drive repeatable motions.

Account Growth & Relationships

  • Become a trusted advisor to HR, Procurement, Finance, CX, Rewards, and Marketing stakeholders.

  • Identify cross-departmental expansion opportunities and new buying centers.

  • Collaborate with CSMs and Product to deliver exceptional experiences and land enterprise agreements.

Contribution Beyond Quota

  • Influence messaging, pitch decks, discovery frameworks, and our evolving sales playbook.

  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering about customer needs, integrations, feature gaps, and procurement requirements.

  • Contribute to a culture of learning, high accountability, and—yes—unreasonable gratitude.

Who You Are

A Top Performer

  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or fintech sales experience

  • Consistently hit/exceeded quota in fast-paced environments

  • Strong discovery and negotiation skills

  • Experience selling into HR, Marketing, Rewards, Procurement, or Finance is a plus

  • You want to help shape the GTM engine—not just run plays.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, solve problems quickly, and get things done without hand-holding.

  • You’re comfortable talking to VP/C-suite personas and navigating complex buying committees.
