What Youll Do
As our Sales Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the studio. Youll lead from the frontdriving sales, energizing your team, and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Own the sales funnel : Manage incoming leads, make 50+ outbound calls daily, and turn first-time guests into long-term members.
• Create connection : Build genuine relationships with prospective members, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right solution.
• Inspire the team : Lead by example and motivate front desk staff to provide top-tier service and drive performance.
• Handle objections like a pro : Whether its time, money, or I need to think about it, youll know how to pivot and keep the conversation focused on value.
• Elevate the experience : Make sure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and excited to returnbecause people dont just join StretchLab, they join YOU.
• Drive studio success : Partner with the owner on marketing initiatives, pop-ups, and events to drive new traffic and keep the energy high.
• Keep it tight : Ensure studio operations run smoothly, from CRM follow-ups to clean towels and stocked shelves.

Who You Are

• A natural connector with 1+ year of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based environments
• Goal-oriented, motivated by performance, and not afraid to pick up the phone
• Confident, coachable, and eager to grow with a brand thats going places
• Comfortable leading a small team and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when tracking leads and follow-ups
• Passionate about health, movement, and creating meaningful change in peoples lives
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

$50,000 - $65,000 base salary + commission & bonus
