We are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to serve as the vital heartbeat of our corporate campus in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you will be the primary champion for client requests, ensuring seamless day-to-day building operations and an exceptional workplace environment.

Your Impact and Opportunities:
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage and resolve facility work tickets efficiently, coordinate incoming vendor services, and escort partners safely to project sites.

  • Maintain System Integrity: Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, minor plumbing tasks, and troubleshoot office printer/copier equipment.

  • Collaborate and Support: Partner with internal HVAC and electrical teams on high-impact projects requiring shared labor.

  • Shape the Workplace Experience: Spearhead conference room set-ups and breakdowns for company events. Participate in weekly planning sessions to align layouts with client needs.

  • Optimize Spaces: Coordinate office reconfigurations, handle heavy or awkward item transport, and collaborate with the mailroom to streamline supply distribution.

What You Bring:
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in corporate facilities operations, basic building maintenance, or vendor escorting.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical/plumbing issues and manage multiple work tickets simultaneously.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A robust history of working effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
