Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a licensed Social Worker to provide essential support within an elementary school setting, serving students from kindergarten through 5th grade. The position is based in the Clementon, NJ area and covers a maternity leave from mid-August to early October on a contract basis. The role offers a workweek ranging between 32 and 37.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling services to K-5 students
• Manage IEP case files and provide support for special education needs
• Collaborate with educational staff to support student well-being and academic success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings concerning student progress and needs

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker credential required
• School Social Worker Certification mandatory
• Experience in IEP case management is preferred
• Background working within special education environments desirable
• Strong counseling skills and ability to engage young students effectively
