Our commitment to our clients is matched only by our dedication to our team members. We are seeking a Technology Operations Intern to join our Technology Team to support our growing initiatives.
Job Brief:
This role supports the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the firm's core technology platforms, including CRM (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud), portfolio accounting (Orion), and electronic signatures (DocuSign). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
CRM & Salesforce Administration
- Assist with break-fix support in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including basic data cleanup and routing tickets to the appropriate team member.
- Shadow and support the Sr. Associate on CRM maintenance tasks, learning platform configuration and workflows over time.
Portfolio Accounting — Orion
- Support data entry and validation efforts, checking account and client information accuracy and flagging any discrepancies to the Sr. Associate .
- Troubleshoot report issues, create one-off reports, and serve as the first point of contact for Orion-related break-fix issues.
Electronic Signatures — DocuSign
- Help administer the firm's DocuSign environment, including template management, envelope tracking, and user access.
Additional Platforms
- Provide day-to-day support and break-fix troubleshooting across other firmwide technology platforms as assigned.
Training & Onboarding
· Serve as a first point of contact for advisor and staff questions about the firm's technology platforms, triaging issues and escalating to the Sr. Associate as needed.
· Assist with onboarding and training new employees on the tech stack
Requirements:Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred
- Comfort with data entry, reconciliation, and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to assist with user training and support
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience or coursework in financial services or fintech a plus
