Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Full Stack Developer opening for our client in Piscataway, NJ.

Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 3 months

Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging modern cloud-native technologies.

• Build rich UI applications using frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular.

• Develop scalable and resilient backend microservices based on 12-factor principles and domain-driven design.

• Implement APIs and event-driven interfaces for seamless integration.

• Model and manage data using SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Develop applications using .NET Core and other microservices-oriented programming languages.

• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.

• Utilize Azure services for PaaS, networking, event-driven architectures, observability, and DevSecOps.

• Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Container Service.

• Contribute to Agile development cycles with continuous release and improvement.

• Ensure infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform and ARM templates.

Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks: ReactJS or Angular.

• Strong backend development skills using .NET Core and microservices architecture.

• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services including App Services, Kubernetes Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and SQL DB.

• Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka and Zookeeper.

• Expertise in CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, YAML pipelines.

• Strong understanding of containerization, serverless computing, and API management.

• Familiarity with observability tools: AppInsights, Azure Monitor.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps, PowerShell scripting, and infrastructure automation.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in cloud-native environments.

• Hands-on experience with Azure-based application development and deployment.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and continuous delivery cycles.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement microservices and APIs.

• Prior work with modern SQL and NoSQL data modeling.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
