Qualifications

• Graduation: Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• Driver's License: A current, valid driver’s license and Insurance
• Compassionate and Caring : A genuine desire to help others and provide empathetic care.
• Reliable and Responsible : Commitment to delivering high-quality care with consistency.
• Strong Communication Skills : Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience (Preferred) : License and prior experience in home care are a plus.

- Key Responsibilities:

• - Personalized Patient Care : Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to enhance their quality of life.
• Household Support: Provide essential home care services, including changing bed linens, doing laundry, and light cleaning, to maintain a healthy living environment.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of patient conditions, progress, and concerns to ensure effective communication with the healthcare team.
• Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with clients through conversation, reading, and engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Medication Management : Remind patients about their medications to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Activity Assistance : Engage patients in exercises and social activities to encourage physical health and social interaction.
