Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Restaurant Hosting / Manager who owns the guest experience from the moment customers walk in until they leave saying “WOW.” This role is the face of the restaurant and a key driver of service quality, team energy, and business growth. This is not a desk job. You must love being on the floor, leading by example, pushing the team, and creating an exceptional vibe every single shift. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Hosting Deliver a WOW experience to every guest—greeting, seating, service flow, and farewell Own the front door and dining room energy Handle guest feedback, issues, and recovery professionally and proactively Ensure service standards are followed consistently Team Leadership Run effective, motivating pre-shift meetings Set clear expectations for hosts, servers, and support staff Be present on the floor during peak hours (especially weekends & Sundays) Coach, energize, and hold the team accountable Operations & Process Create and follow daily task lists, checklists, and shift schedules Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and smooth service flow Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timing and guest satisfaction Business Growth & Administration Actively contribute ideas to increase sales and repeat business Handle basic online/admin tasks: Updating business hours Responding to emails and inquiries Supporting marketing and guest outreach Assist with reservations, waitlists, and capacity management What We’re Looking For High energy, positive attitude, and leadership mindset Strong communication and people skills Ability to work Sundays, evenings, and peak hours Detail-oriented and process-driven Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Prior restaurant/FOH management or lead hosting experience preferred Passion for hospitality and guest service (non-negotiable) What Success Looks Like Guests consistently leave happy and return Team is engaged, motivated, and well-directed Smooth shifts with clear structure and accountability Strong online presence and organized communication Restaurant feels alive, welcoming, and professionally run
