Were looking for caring and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and families throughout Mercer County, NJ . ? Position Details

• Pay: $25 $30/hour (based on experience & certification)

• Schedule: Part-time | Afternoon/Evening shifts (approx. 47 PM)

• Location: In-home ABA therapy within Mercer County, NJ

• Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

? What Youll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients homes.

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress.

• Communicate effectively with families and team members.

• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

What Youll Need

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (well help!)

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• Reliable transportation for local travel within Mercer County

• Ability to pass background check
