Furniture distributor is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage order processing, delivery scheduling, and customer communications through phone and email. This role requires proficiency with our proprietary internal system and strong multitasking skills to support seamless service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders via phone and email
- Schedule deliveries and manage all related follow-up tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Enter data accurately into the proprietary internal system
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
