Functional Analyst

job summary:
We are looking to onboard a Functional Analysts to support enterprise capital and finance technology initiatives, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting, data-driven solutions, and product delivery. The role requires a combination of domain knowledge, analytical ability, and ownership mindset to drive end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams.

Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to leverage modern AI tools and prompting techniques to improve productivity and analysis quality.

responsibilities:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Basel reporting (RWA, capital calculations)

- Familiarity with data platforms / ETL processes

- Experience working with global teams

- Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, SQL, BI tools

- Demonstrated use of AI in improving delivery productivity

qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience as Functional Analyst / Business Analyst

- Experience in Financial Services / Banking domain

- Exposure to Regulatory Reporting (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery model

- Ability to create:

- Functional specifications / BRDs / user stories

- Test cases and acceptance criteria

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Working knowledge of data analysis; SQL preferred

- Hands-on exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) in day-to-day work
