OverviewAt Savoy, we’re looking for an Account Executive to promote and distribute our general agency products and services to the brokerage community. In this role, you’ll focus on building strong relationships with brokers, driving new business, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and service excellence. This is a production role with sales goals and metrics.
How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll focus on growing your client portfolio and delivering exceptional service. You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and build long-lasting relationships with clients. By conducting risk assessments and staying informed about market trends, you’ll provide clients with the best insurance solutions. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and attend industry events to expand your network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to deliver excellent service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events.
- 5+ years of medical sales experience
- Life/Health license required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
