Outside Sales Representative – Merchant Services (Tri-State)

On The Mark Payments (OTMP) is a NJ-based, family-built ISO helping local businesses accept payments smarter—with innovative surcharge and payment solutions . We’re seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives ready to grow with a company that values independence, support, and community relationships. Processing powered by TSYS/Global Payments

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with merchants across NJ, NY and PA
• Sell tailored payment and surcharge solutions that help businesses save
• Work warm leads through community bank partnerships and self-sourced outreach
• Collaborate with our NJ-based operations team for seamless merchant support

What You Bring

• 2+ years B2B merchant services experience (ISO, acquirer or processor)
• Knowledge of interchange, PCI, POS systems and gateways
• Proven closer with strong follow-through and consultative selling skills

• $50–$70K base + 15–30% uncapped commissions + lifetime residuals
