Marketing Manager (Strategy & Execution)

**About This Role**
The Marketing Manager owns client strategy, execution, and performance.
You plan campaigns, execute directly inside platforms, improve results week over week, and ensure accounts grow consistently. This is not a direction role — you are hands-on.
You will manage 25+ accounts depending on complexity. You do not own onboarding, customer service, billing, or administrative coordination. Those functions are handled by Customer Success so your focus stays on strategy, creative execution, optimization, and growth.
You operate as both strategist and operator across social, paid ads, email, and content. This is a production and performance role with real ownership.
**Responsibilities**
**1) Account Success**
• Oversee overall account performance
• Perform ongoing weekly optimizations
**2) Content & Campaign Execution**
• Create graphics, manage social content, paid ads, and brand visuals
• Build and manage email and SMS campaigns
**3) Client Growth**
• Implement growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Conduct industry research and trend monitoring
• Report on performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements
• Use analytics to guide creative direction and campaign strategy
• Manage influencer relationships to drive reach and credibility
• Plan photo and video shoots informed by performance data
**4) Team Collaboration**
• Coordinate with creative teams and content producers
• Partner with web team on brand-aligned websites
**5) Client Alignment**
• Stay aligned with onboarding/client success teams
• Participate in recurring client check-ins
**Compensation**
$15–20/hr, tiered based on execution quality, speed, ownership, strategy capability, and ability to independently manage accounts.

• Develop a specialty (Paid Ads, TikTok, Content, Email)

• Reliable commute to Fairfield, NJ (in-person)
**Nice-to-Haves**
Agency or multi-account experience, paid social, email/SMS automation, influencer coordination, hospitality marketing.
