Efficient Air Service is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Riverdale, NJ. If you enjoy helping people, multi-tasking in a busy office, and delivering excellent customer service, this role could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly customer support
- Schedule service appointments quickly and accurately
- Enter and update customer information in our system
- Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice-to-Have:
- Customer service or call center experience
- Experience in HVAC, home services, or retail sales
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
