A large FinTech client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple cybersecurity initiatives within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. This role will support two major programs and manage up to five concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise security strategy, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on project manager with solid Microsoft tool experience and foundational project management expertise, capable of driving cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.

• Manage up to five concurrent cybersecurity projects across two enterprise programs
• Lead initiatives related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), including access governance, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Drive projects from initiation through execution and successful delivery
