Job Description
We are seeking a Driver’s Helper to join our team and assist with daily delivery operations. In this role, you will support the Driver in loading, delivering, and unloading products, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. • Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to read and understand a Bill of Lading
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in food or manufacturing deliveries (preferred)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
• Ability to use a hand truck and manual pallet jack

Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Effective teamwork and communication
• Strong awareness of safety procedures
• Flexibility to handle varying tasks and workloads as needed
