Amazing U Community Services is looking for caring and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Position Type

• Part-Time
• Per Diem
• Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Support individuals with cooking and meal planning.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
• Support individuals in achieving goals outlined in their service plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete background checks and required trainings.
