Position Description

Tverdov Housing is looking for hungry and ambitious real estate agents to join our growing brokerage. This is an excellent opportunity to build your own book of business, get coached up, learn about all facets of real estate and make money while doing it! We start commission splits at 50/50 and quickly offer fantastic commission splits for top producers that can go up to 100%. Let’s showcase and nurture your skills in the world of real estate!

Responsibilities

· Prospecting for new business on the buy and sell side in all our coverage areas

· Negotiating deals

· Participating in training sessions both weekly and through our video library

· Preparing proper documents for listing agreements and purchase agreements

· Putting yourself out there through marketing

· Closing deals

Qualifications

• Must have real estate license or willing to attain one (we can provide guidance on how to attain)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willing to learn the business
• Can follow directions, handle constructive criticism
• Fluent in another language is a plus
