Regional Logistics Manager

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Logistics Manager in Monroe Township, New Jersey. This pivotal role involves managing a dynamic distribution center and leading a dedicated team to ensure efficient operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of five direct reports, including three supervisors, along with an extensive warehouse staff, totaling approximately 30 individuals.
• Oversee all distribution center functions, ensuring continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and service KPIs.
• Optimize the use of time, space, and movement within the facility to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business initiatives and achieve sales goals through timely order processing and shipping.
• Manage relationships with third-party transportation and logistics providers.
• Responsible for procurement of equipment and supplies necessary for the distribution center.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution management, with at least 2-3 years in planning and inventory control systems.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to coach, discipline, and train team members.
• Strong knowledge of freight transportation, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Experience with safety training programs and budget management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is beneficial.

This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The anticipated salary range is $77,180 to $115,580 annually, with benefits available from day one. There is also discretionary bonus potential, emphasizing the role's growth opportunities.
