A-1 Affordable Construction, a trusted name in the chimney & roofing industry, is hiring a dynamic Customer Service Representative to help us deliver exceptional first impressions to our valued customers. Our Customer Service team is highly valued and plays a very important role at A-1 Affordable as they act as the initial point of contact for customers and accounts. We’re serious about delivering a top-notch experience for our customers, and we expect the same dedication from you. As the voice of A-1 Affordable, you'll play a critical role in welcoming customers and guiding them through the intake process. You’ll:

• Create an unforgettable first impression with upbeat, confident communication

• Answer incoming calls, ask smart questions, and schedule appointments like a pro

• Input and maintain customer information in our system with laser-focused accuracy

• Qualify calls and connect customers with the right departments

• Be receptive to feedback as our calls are recorded for quality assurance

• Proactively reach out to our customer base to keep appointments flowing as needed

• Tackle basic administrative and clerical tasks that keep the office running smoothly

• Build product and service knowledge (we train you!) to deliver top-tier customer guidance

Position Details:

• Pay: $18–$21 per hour

• Schedule Options: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm or 10:00am–7:00pm, Alternating Saturdays: 7:30am–5:00pm

• Location: In-person position based in Clifton, New Jersey
